- Accelerate fresh graduates career development & growth
Evolve Structure:
- Jump Start Camp – The jump start camp will include outdoor training, Career Coaching session and Meet your Mentor.
- Banking
Foundation – Provide interns with technical knowledge through intensive
technical training customized for CBE by EBI to equip them with
technical banking knowledge - Technical
Path – The Journey with CBE sectors will start. Each Participant will
join his/ her technical path to start the on-job training. Participants
can rotate on two different sectors based on availability and interests. - Skill
up Week – This development week will include Career Coaching, Meet your
Mentor, Networking Circle and Guest Speakers, Meet with other Central
Banks and Performance review and feedback - Show Case Day – Program
closing ceremony where graduate interns will present their individual
projects and get to be evaluated by graduate program committee.
Evolve Duration:
- 6 Months (Starting from January 2023 till June 2023)
Qualifications
- Fresh Graduates class 2021-2022 – Graduated From prominent / authorized universities from the Supreme Council of Universities.
- Applicant must hold the Egyptian Nationality.
- Required Majors:
- Business Administration / Commerce (Specialization : Accounting – Finance – Human Resources)
- Business Informatics
- Economics
- Computer Science
- Data Science
- Actuarial Science
- Mathematics
- Law
- Engineering (Specialization: Communication – Computer – Electrical “Power” – Construction – Mechanical)
- Grade / GPA : Cumulative GPA is equivalent to minimum grade “Very Good” or minimum grade “Very Good”
- Track of achievements /outstanding performance
- Post graduate studies : Enrolled in Masters program is preferred
- Applicants are required to prepare the below documents to be submitted upon request:
- Graduation certificate

- Copy of National ID.
