Customer Service Representative – ACHILLES
• Job Description;
Answer customers’ inquiries via phone.
Create customers’ orders on the system.
The ability to moderate page & chat with customers if needed.
Follow up with customers if needed.
Redirect customers’ inquiries to the responsible department if needed.
• Requirements:
+1 year of experience in the customer service field.
The capability to work full-time is a must. Fast typing skills with accuracy (25 WPM – 75%)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
The ability to multi-task and perform under stress.
Very good Command of English.
Work Location: Mukktam
Working Hours: 8H Daily (1h break) Fixed Shifts ( from 11 AM to 7 PM / from 1 pm to 9 PM)
NET Salaries : from 4.500 to 5.500 EGP
