Job Details
- Customer Service/Support
Rotational shifts – 5 working days – 2 days off
9 working hours – 8 hr productive & 1 hr break
Transportation is provided one way from 7 pm to 7 am – Door to door transportation for females and males; nearest pickup/ drop off point to your address
Shuttle busses are provided from 8 am to 6 pm to pick you up and drop you off from our premises to 2 points in the 9th street (and vice versa) to be able to take alternative transportation
Handling phone calls, emails, and live chat
Working from Amazon site – 5th Settlement premises – besides CFC and Downtown malls
Contract: Insource
Gross Salary: 22,400 K
Step up plan: Around 10% increase over the salary every 6 months (Increase twice a year)
