Social Media Specialist – Work From Home

• Plan, create, publish and share new content (including original text, images, video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members to engage with the brand
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Manage and oversee social media content
• Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels, And provide any recommendation to improve quality and increase customer satisfaction on social media
• Replying to all of our clients queries and complaints and through all social media applications
• Generating leads to help the sales team.
• Assist in planning, creating and publishing social media content.
• Creating a report through the social media applications analysis and indicators
• In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
• Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Linkedin, TikTok, ).
• Analyzing and up to date with the latest social media trends.
