Dispatcher’s Assistant/Data Entry Night Shift at AZLink Logistics Solutions Corp

About us:

• We
  are a US based logistics company that focus on the trucking industry,
  we move freight all over the US. We are starting a service centre in
  Cairo, Egypt to support our office in the US
• Please
  note that the job will be preformed from the office and that there are
  two shifts. The hours will be according to the central time (5 am to 2
  pm) and (5 pm to 2 am)

We are looking for a
Dispatchers Assistant, previous experience in dispatching 18 wheelers
will be highly recommended but not required. We will provide all the
training.

We are a rapidly growing company based out of Dallas Texas with great potential.

Compensation will be a fixed salary with potential of adding bonuses and commissions.

You will be working from our office in New Nozha.

Job Duties:

• Book loads for our drivers / owner operator
• Call broker and negotiate load rates
• Have a continuous communication between owner operator and broker
• Always get updated status of load and update the broker
• Attention of details for every Rate Con / contract to avoid unnecessary penalties.
• Collect shipment documents from drivers / owner operator
• Log all information to dispatching system ( ITS Dispatching )
