FlyEgypt is Hiring Reservation Agents,
•Full reservation and ticketing procedures on Avtra PSS system.
•Respond to emails with reservation information, confirmation, and additional details.
•Capable of operating computerized airline reservations and call center systems.
•Generate and follow up PAYFORT invoices/payment methods to deal with any issues concerning the web users booking.
•Maintain records of all transactions from that day of service.
•Settle Payment in advance and deposit for customer reservation, and keep records of these deposits also.
•Handling Time changes / Flight cancelation by mail/calls for travel agencies and passengers.
passengers who missed a flight or re-schedule Customer travel plans and
getting them to their destination as quickly as possible
• Group reservation including (Umrah / Domestic / Labour) groups.
•Handle all incoming/outgoing calls of the call center (Sistel / Maqsam).
all customer inquiries professionally and effectively and assist
customers in making, altering, or canceling reservations.
•Handle customer complaints, travel issues, or refund requests.
• Experience: 1-2 Years.
• English level: Excellent.
• Location: Sheraton-Heliopolis.
• Shifts: Rotational.
