You will be working from 8:00AM to 5:00PM Central time, which is 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM in Egypt.

Job Description:
- Creating
and publishing content on all social media platforms, including
Facebook and Instagram to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and
ultimately boost sales. - Develop, implement and manage our social
media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform
determination, messaging and audience identification. - Plan,
create, publish and share new content (including original text, images,
video and code) on a daily basis that builds meaningful customer
connections, increases brand awareness and encourages community members
to engage with the brand. - Collaborate with sales teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of companys social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Moderate user-generated content in line with the moderation policy.
- Collaborate with sales, web design, web development, digital marketing, customer relations and product development teams.
- Create calendar for social media and execute calendar, Consistency (tone of voice and design).
- Capture
and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social
media best practices to measure the success of every social media
campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns. - Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Bolster companys network by interacting with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
- Plan
and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing
database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design. - Build and maintain our social media presence.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify
trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the
insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies . - Plan,
execute and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with
internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience. - Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
- Evaluate emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
- Excellent
English skills must be very fluent speaking in English. It is the main
requirement. { Avoiding the voice questions will automatically
disqualify your application } ( Spanish is a plus ) - Social media marketing experience.
- Experience developing a social media strategy.
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan.
- Proven ability to build a social media community.
- Experience as a brand manager on social media.
- Understand how to measure the success of campaigns.
- Proven result is highly recommended.
