Work as “Accountant Support for our software”, and give our customers sufficient support to use our cloud ERP software (Daftra), efficiently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Guide the customer to the best practice of using our software to fit their business needs and requirements.
- Answer our customers questions via our call center and resolve their issues via phone, email or chat.
- Handling complaints.
- Hold online meetings with the clients to demonstrate/explain the product technicalities or to solve critical problems.
- Testing the system and reporting if there are any bugs.
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional experience is a must
- Excellent in using Excel and Accounting programs is a big Plus
- Experience as an Accountant is a big plus
- Excellent Commands of English
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent soft skills/handling skills
- Flexibility with rotational shifts is a must
