Egyptian Talents Academy (ETA)
Building digital talents is one of the ICT sector’s strategic objectives to fulfill Egypt’s Vision 2030 toward a digital society. NTI and Huawei Egypt are collaborating in establishing the Egyptian Talents Academy (ETA).
This Academy aims to build the capabilities and digital competencies of students and university graduates in Huawei’s training programs in advanced technology specializations through cooperation and partnership with specialized international companies to expand the base of trained communications and information technology personnel in all Egypt governorates.

About Egyptian Talents Academy 2025 NTI
The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) is a center of excellence that was established in 1983. NTI is an educational, applied research, and technical consultation institution in Egypt. NTI operates according to the strategies of the Ministry of Telecommunication and Information Technology (MCIT) in Egypt. NTI recognizes the role of ICT as an engine of development for digital society through its proper utilization in all aspects of life. NTI plays a significant role in achieving the strategic goals of the ICT sector in Egypt’s Vision 2030 for digital transformation. NTI works closely with industry stakeholders to provide high quality capacity building and training programs; create qualified professionals and cadres; and serve as a key scientific and applied research institution in developing modern solutions to tackle critical issues facing ICT industries within their respective areas, and provide consultancies and technical services to various ICT governmental institutions and industry companies. These services are the most essential pillars for sustainable development.

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) is adamant in its pursuit to implement a comprehensive capacity building strategy to build digital Egypt. Our objective is to equip Egyptian talents with the technical, managerial and personal skills required to shape a digital future, and position Egypt as a regional hub for ICT talents, thereby advancing the national digital transformation agenda, and contributing to the regional and global ICT markets. The National Telecommunications Institute (NTI) plays a pivotal role in implementing this strategy by offering a wide-array of high-quality capacity building programs to young people from Egypt and neighboring countries, to empower them to play an active role in the digital economy.
MCIT 2030 strategy contributes to achieving the objectives of Egypt’s 2030 Vision, through building Digital Egypt. One of these objectives entails encouraging innovation. NTI, as a center of excellence and an expert house in the region, contributes to promoting innovation by providing resources and support for research and development activities that drive innovation in CIT. NTI has specialized and highly equipped laboratories located in its branches across Cairo and various governorates in Egypt. These state-of-the-art facilities are dedicated to meeting the diverse needs of technology enthusiasts, researchers, and industry professionals, emphasizing a steadfast commitment to quality, affordability, and prompt service
ET Academy focuses on enhancing youth’s competitive capabilities in line with the local and global labor market demands by offering training in several technological specializations in NTI branches and its Creativa Innovation Hubs in almost all Egyptian governorates to hone their skills and to train and empower talented Egyptians starting with the basics and moving on to associate, professional, and expert levels.
ETA will spearhead a transformative shift in Egypt’s ICT landscape, ensuring Egypt’s competitive edge in the digital economy by harnessing industry-leading expertise and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The primary objective is cultivating a highly skilled workforce proficient in next-generation ICT technologies. A variety of disciplines will be covered in comprehensive training modules, including but not limited to data network (Datacom), security, fifth generation (5G), artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, etc.

About the Egyptian Talents Academy 2025
The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) and Huawei are cooperating under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) to launch the Egyptian Talents Academy program, to provide training to Egyptian youth.
ETA represents a visionary effort to train and empower tech talents from associates to experts, via NTI branches and creativa innovation hubs spread across all Egyptian governorates.
The primary objective is to cultivate a highly skilled workforce proficient in next-generation ICT technologies. A variety of disciplines will be covered in comprehensive training modules, including but not limited to datacom, security, 5G, artificial intelligence, cloud, big data, etc.
ETA will spearhead a transformative shift in Egypt’s ICT landscape, ensuring Egypt’s competitive edge in the digital economy by harnessing industry-leading expertise and state-of-the-art infrastructure.
The selected candidates will gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed at the expert level in your favorite track, starting with the basics and moving on to HCIA, HCIP, and HCIE.

Terms and General Regulations Governing the Initiative , Egyptian Talents Academy 2025
- Enrollment Requirements:
- The applicant must be an Egyptian national.
- The applicant must have a suitable educational qualification or be a final-year student.
- Fulfill the basic prerequisites for each training track.
- Submit the required documents for enrollment in the program.
- Pass the admission tests.
- Required Documents Upon Acceptance:
- A copy of the national ID card.
- A copy of the graduation certificate for graduates.
- An enrollment certificate or university ID card showing the academic year the student is enrolled in.
- One personal photo.
- A commitment statement to adhere to the scholarship conditions, to be downloaded and uploaded through the program’s website.
- General Rules of the Academy:
- Each applicant must create a personal account on the Academy’s website to upload all required documents.
- Ensure the accuracy of all information recorded in the commitment statement.
- Adhere to the required number of hours for each training program.
- Maintain an attendance rate of no less than 80% of the total hours of the program.
- Demonstrate appropriate behavior when interacting with trainers and organizers of the Academy.
- Complete the program and pass the required exams to receive the attendance and course completion certificates.
- Preserve the course materials and refrain from publishing them online (intellectual property rights).
- Submit a new signed commitment statement for each training course the trainee enrolls in.
- Submit or send a withdrawal notice via email at least 48 hours before the start of the training program.
