: Customer Service Job Description

• Job Description;
o Answer customers’ inquiries via phone.
o Create customers’ orders on the system.
o The ability to moderate pages & chat with customers if needed.
o Follow up with customers if needed.
o Redirect customers’ inquiries to the responsible department if needed.

• Requirements:
o +1 year of experience in the customer service field.
o Capability to work full time is a must.
o Fast typing skills with accuracy (25 WPM – 75%)
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent negotiation skills.
o The ability to multi-task and perform under stress.
o Very good Command of English.

Working hours: 8 H including a 1 H break
Shifts: Rotational
Working Location: Mokattam (working from home is not allowed)
