Job Description
- Monitor the overall social media channels.
- Manage the company website (posts, offers and flash sales).
- Publish daily content on social media channels.
- Copywrite photos and videos.
- Respond to customers on a timely matter.
- Report any queries, complains or compliments.
- Generate reports (weekly and monthly) for the assigned accounts.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text) using different tools, presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and preferably knowledge of social analytics tools.
- Good understanding of online marketing tools.
- Positive attitude, pleasant, detailed and customer oriented personality.
- Fluency in english and arabic languages.
