  • A Remote Data Entry Clerk Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely data entry into computer systems and databases from various sources. They will be working from a remote location and will be responsible for maintaining confidentiality, security, and accuracy of data while working with high volumes of information.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Review and verify data entered into the system for accuracy and completeness
    • Perform data entry tasks with attention to detail and precision
    • Follow data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
    • Research and obtain additional information for incomplete documents
    • Maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and data processing
    • Communicate with team members to resolve any data discrepancies or issues
    • Respond to data-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner
    • Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times
    • Assist with other data-related projects as needed

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
    • Excellent typing speed and accuracy
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Access
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy while working with high volumes of data
    • Strong time management and multitasking skills
    • Experience working with confidential data and maintaining data security

    Education And Training
