Job Description
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, answering or referring inquiries, guide them to the designated employee or department.
- Answer telephones, record, and channel information, direct calls to the appropriate individual department, and relay messages in a timely, clear, polite, concise, and professional manner
- Provide general administrative and clerical support.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Update calendars and schedule meetings.
- Receive invoices and letters and distribute them accordingly.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 0-3 years of experience
- English Proficiency is a must, French Proficiency is a plus
- Excellent written & verbal Communication Skills
- Presentable.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
