We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Microsoft Excel Professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering and updating data on our Learning Management System (LMS) and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel. This individual must be highly proficient in both data entry and Microsoft Excel, with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Enter and update data on the LMS in a timely and accurate manner
- Manipulate data using Microsoft Excel to create reports, charts, and graphs
- Organize data and ensure accuracy of information
- Monitor data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data quality and consistency across the LMS and other systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies
- Create and maintain documentation of data entry procedures and standards
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Strong proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with Learning Management Systems is a plus.
