What You ll Do:
- Owning the full sales cycle with new and existing clients, including: market research, pitching, touring, negotiating and executing contracts.
- Proactive lead prospecting and lead generation to maximize our tenant portfolio to achieve occupancy targets via cold calling, social media, networking, events, etc.
- Existing sales pipeline management and inbound lead management.
- Negotiation and prepare lease proposals based on client requirements.
- Carry out the move-out process of non-renewal and early termination leases.
- Organize and store all lease file systems, both hard and softcopy.
- Report weekly and monthly sales performance to management.
Apply If You Have:
- Business Administration or equivalent degree with at least 3 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, B2B business solutions and/or business development
- Very good written and verbal communications skills in English and Arabic.
- Confident interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- A proven track record in penetrating new markets and developing accounts.
